Refund Policy
LCP provides an anonymous relationship communication test, optional paid digital reports, sharing tools, and a public relationship wiki. Results support self-reflection and are not medical, psychological, couples-therapy, or legal diagnosis.
When a refund is available
Refunds are available for duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, confirmed payment without delivered access, or a persistent technical failure that prevents access.
When a refund is usually unavailable
After a report has been delivered and works normally, a change of mind or disagreement with the result is usually not refundable, subject to mandatory local consumer rights.
How to request a refund
Email the order number, payment date, amount, payment channel, and a screenshot that shows the problem. Do not email full card or bank credentials.
What happens after a refund
A completed refund revokes the related report entitlement. Couple-report access linked to that purchase may also be removed.
