What support can resolve
Support can inspect order and entitlement status, restore valid access, process eligible refunds, and investigate broken share or couple invitations.
What to include
Include your order number or anonymous visitor ID, approximate time, language, device/browser, and a screenshot of the error. Never send passwords or full payment credentials.
Response and safety boundaries
We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days. LCP is not a crisis or emergency service; contact appropriate local emergency or professional support for immediate danger, violence, coercion, or self-harm risk.
